Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship via trusted carriers across the United States. Standard shipping is a flat $9.95, and shipping is free on orders over $150. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns

If something isn’t right, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. To start a return, email support@panmediawest.store with your order number.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
